RELAX! My Tips to Keep Calm.
1. Lavender oil
Not only
does lavender smell great, but it also has amazing health benefits. Research
has found that lavender can help with anxiousness, insomnia, depression,
headaches and pain. When having a bath, you can add a couple of drops of
lavender oil to the water which creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. You can find lavender oil in chemists, or most health shops!

3. Relax apps
Technology
has made relaxation and mindfulness so easy and convenient. I use some great
apps that guide me through meditation, as well as using visualization
techniques to de-stress. This means that I can simply sit on the couch, open the
app, and relax. I recommend the free app Rest and Relax.
4.
Yoga
As you know
by now, I engage in yoga and meditation on the weekends to help me relax. Check out my previous
