Alternative Medicine: Natural Remedies

Image
I believe in all things natural in my life, including natural remedies for health issues. I have listed below a few natural remedies I use to alleviate some common health conditions. If any of these interest you, give it a go! Neem oil for skin inflammation Neem oil is created from the seeds of the neem tree and contains anti-inflammatory properties, which thus help with a range of skin irritations. Rosehip Oil + Skin Care Routine

Image
As a young woman it is very important to me to make sure that I have a natural and reliable skin care routine (that doesn’t take 10 steps). I have found that Rosehip oil works wonders for my skin, I could not live without it. It is amazing at keeping my skin hydrated, brightened and protecting it against the sun. Along with my other skin care steps, rosehip oil makes my skin feel refreshed and ready for the day. It is such a small extra step in an already simple routine that I have to share it. Step 1 Sukin Cleansing Lotion   with a Manicare Sonic Mini Facial Scrubber Step 2 Sukin Sensitive Facial Moisturiser     + 1 drop of rosehip oil   Step 3 Repeat Morning and Night As you can see it is fairly simple and affordable, which is definitely something that we can all appreciate.  I would love to hear if you try it, let me know down in the comments and also let me know any of your helpful skin care tips! Jamie.
