RELAX! My Tips to Keep Calm.

When life gets busy, you may find yourself feeling stressed and unsettled. My life can get pretty crazy too, so I have developed a few tips and tricks to relax so I can live life to the fullest!  1.       Lavender oil Not only does lavender smell great, but it also has amazing health benefits. Research has found that lavender can help with anxiousness, insomnia, depression, headaches and pain. When having a bath, you can add a couple of drops of lavender oil to the water which creates a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. You can find lavender oil in chemists, or most health shops!  2.       Peppermint tea When it comes to relaxing, peppermint tea is a must! Every night I enjoy a mug of peppermint tea before bed.
