Getting Fit on Just a Few Dollars  Getting fit and maintaining my fitness levels is an extremely important aspect of my life. As a young 22 year old, I do not have an abundance of cash to spend on expensive gym memberships or fancy equipment. Thus, over the past couple of years, I have been exploring cheaper options to keep my fitness up. Here are just a few of my tips that can maybe help you! Local HIIT Class  Joining a gym can be quite expensive long term. Last year I discovered a local HIIT class, run by a lovely personal trainer. My class is at a local park which have built in weights and equipment that are free to use. Having a set class to attend and a group of amazing people makes exercising so much more fun.
